All over the world, Space Science and Technology has become ubiquitous and indispensable to the normal running of today’s ICT dependent world. In a world such as this, the lack of adequate financial and human resources means that Africa is lagging behind in the effective deployment of space science and technology for achieving specified developmental targets.

In view of the above and to ensure that the human resources contribution of the UN regional centres to Africa is effectively utilized, the African Regional Centre for Space Science & Technology Education in English announces:
